Development Description
The Sakani development is a gated residential complex located in the new Al Houda suburb of Agadir, a newly built middle class suburb on the Main Boulevard running from the airport to the sea. The development is located approximately 5 kilometers from the famous Agadir crescent-shaped beachfront, and a short stroll from the suburb's commercial zone. The pricing of the development is considerably lower than Agadir beach-front properties, and it is this value for money on offer in a tourist friendly city, with an all year round climate alternating between Mediterranean and sub-tropical, that forms the basis on which the site is being marketed..

Specifically, in the Al Houda suburb, the local government has allocated 10 million for the development of this new neighborhood.
