Attractive apartments with roof terraces will be created on the attic storeys, and every apartment, from the ground floor to the fourth floor, will be fitted with at least one balcony or terrace. In addition, all apartments will be equipped with modern bathrooms and kitchens (fitted kitchens, though, upon separate agreement). An internal or external lift will be installed in each of the stairwells.
The apartment buildings will be completely restored and modernized. And of course the entire building equipment and appliances will be renewed too. The house front will be constructed according to the guidelines for the conservation of historic structures that govern the preservation of groups of buildings. Furthermore, the appearance of the buildings will be enhanced with new paint finishes.
