The accommodation of Pirin Suites is designed as a continuation of Pirin Residence and borders on it. It occupies a plot of 10,000 sq metres, and combines the aforementioned luxury hotel with stylish apartments in residential buildings. There are plenty of green areas for recreation and entertainment.
The complex is near the town of Razlog, the ski resort of Bansko and the balneological centre of Banya, across from an 18-hole golf course. This is the perfect location for different activities depending upon the season – horse riding, skiing, hiking, golf, fishing and so on. The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin mountain has a predominantly Alpine character with three peaks towering above 2,900 metres. The last four miles of the slope are lit, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience, even in warmer conditions. Several further gondolas and ski lifts are in the process of being built.
