Atlantis Complex is situated at the seafront in the Sarafovo district of Bourgas, Sunny Beach only 200 metres from the sandy beach of Bulgaria.Atlantis is on 9,000 sq metres of land and has 16,500 sq metres all-out construction area. There is a large seafood restaurant of 600 sq metres, which has two terraces for 400 people. There are an outdoor bar space, adults’ and children’s swimming-pools, a fitness centre, a sauna, a spa, a billiards hall, a children’s playground, a kindergarten, a mini-market and a beauty parlour. For sport lovers there are a surf school with kite-surfing classes, and a bike rental shop. There are also WiFi and an ATM machine on the complex.
Atlantis is an attractive development suitable for holiday homes or permanent living. It consists of six buildings containing one and two-bedroom apartments, studios and maisonettes. Founded as a village over 80 years ago by Thracian refugees, nowadays Sarafovo has become famous for its beautiful scenery. At present it is a quarter of Bourgas, the fourth-largest town in Bulgaria, and the area’s administrative, commercial, tourist and cultural centre. Sarafovo has gained favour as a resort thanks to its wide beach (about two miles long), which boasts sunshades, lounges, pedaloes, banana trips, jet- driving, scooter-driving, windsurfing, kite-surfing and waterskiing.
