Atlantis is on 9,000 sq metres of land and has 16,500 sq metres all-out construction area. There is a large seafood restaurant of 600 sq metres, which has two terraces for 400 people. There are an outdoor bar space, adults’ and children’s swimming-pools, a fitness centre, a sauna, a spa, a billiards hall, a children’s playground, a kindergarten, a mini-market and a beauty parlour. For sport lovers there are a surf school with kite-surfing classes, and a bike rental shop. There are also WiFi and an ATM machine on the complex.

Sarafovo has gained favour as a resort thanks to its wide beach (about two miles long), which boasts sunshades, lounges, pedaloes, banana trips, jet- driving, scooter-driving, windsurfing, kite-surfing and waterskiing.
